Elections In "Palestine."

To be honest, I really don't care who wins. Hamas and Fatah really aren't as different as we'd like to believe. The numbers speak for themselves.

Hamas and Fatah by the numbers:

Acts of Terrorism

Fatah (1968 - Present) :
Incidents - 231
Injuries - 1462
Fatalities - 463

Hamas (1968 - Present) :
Incidents - 545
Injuries - 2904
Fatalities - 595

Election results, so far

Fatah: 42 percent
Hamas: 35 percent

Well, at least we know for sure where the majority of the Palestinian people stand when it comes to terrorism, if it wasn't clear before.

...And, if Hamas does win, I suppose Mahmoud Abbas could always go back to his old job-- rewriting history.
